I started my journey in the pest control industry back in 1989. I have been through every position in the industry, from pest control technician to general manager, and everything in between. After seeing it all, I can say that many pest control companies focus on only two things: revenue and profit. That means they care about the money, not the customer.
I founded SWFL Termite and Pest Control to change that.
